The Pens have selected Californian right winger Beau Bennett with the 20th overall pick. I’ll leave the analysis to Stephen and Jimmy, but here's a good interview with Bennett, and here's a ton of detail on him. The basic idea seems to be that he's small, physically, and needs to continue to improve his strength, so he won't make his mark in the NHL for a while, but he has lots of upside.
