Weather is going to play a factor in some of the games today, but one game in particular might have a big time effect. It's already snowing in University Park, PA for the Big Ten match up between Illinois and Penn State, which kicks off at 3:30 EST today. Come kick off, it looks like it's going to still be about 32 degrees with 4 MPH winds and a 100% chance of snow.
