Penn State, desperately in need of some good news, climbed two spots in the Week 13 BCS Poll.
The latest rankings of the BCS Poll are out, and after multiple losses by teams at the top of the poll there is a massive shake-up in the poll's top 10 this week. Here is a link to the Week 13 BCS Rankings.
LSU remains No. 1 with Alabama re-claiming the No. 2 spot after Oklahoma State's surprising loss to Iowa St. on Friday. Oklahoma and Oregon fell to Nos. 9 and 10, respectively, after their losses Saturday, though in Week 12 Clemson was one spot ahead of the Sooners. The Clemson Tigers also fell out of the top 10 after their loss to NC State. In their stead Arkansas, Virginia Tech and Stanford all moved into the top six along with Oklahoma State, previously No. 2
Penn State was able to climb two spots after holding on to beat Ohio State Saturday 20-14. The Nittany Lions were ranked No. 21 in last week's poll after the 17-14 loss to Nebraska, but now stand at No. 19.
