Steelers Vs. Redskins Score: Steelers Trail 13-7, Being Outplayed By Redskins

Stay connected for news and updates

In the fourth quarter, the Redskins picked up another field goal by Graham Gano, who looks like he might be replacing Shayne Graham as the Redskins’ kicker.

Dennis Dixon entered the game for the Steelers after that and went 0-for-1 on a three-and-out that ended with a sack by DeJon Gomes after a breakdown on the offensive line. The Steelers ended up having to punt.

It looks like Steelers cornerback Ike Taylor, who left the game, has an injury on his thumb or hand, and is wearing a cast. It probably won’t have much effect on his season.

The score says the Steelers are still very much in this one, but the Redskins have so far looked much stronger. The Redskins are now up over 300 yards through the air, while the Steelers haven’t done much of anything outside of one drive led by Byron Leftwich and Isaac Redman.
