2012 Senior Bowl: North Beats South, 23-13

The North Squad earned the victory in the 2012 Senior Bowl on Saturday night, knocking off the South team by a score of 23-13 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Ala.

Michigan State's Kirk Cousins and Wisconsin's Russell Wilson, just over a month removed from facing off in the inaugural Big Ten Championship game in Indianapolis, combined to throw a pair of touchdowns on 11-of-23 passing to lead the North.

Cincinnati's Isaiah Pead was the leading rusher for the North with 31 yards on eight carries, and Arizona State's Gerrell Robinson put up the big receiving numbers, catching two balls for 64 yards and a touchdown.

Boise State's Kellen Moore also appeared at quarterback for the North team, finishing with 50 yards on 6-of-12 passing.
