NFL Injury Report: Steelers' Woodley appears to avoid serious injury

While the Pittsburgh Steelers lost 20-14 to the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, they appear to have avoided losing another key player to a serious injury.

Steelers' linebacker LaMarr Woodley was forced out of Sunday's game after injuring his ankle, but according to a report from Pro Football Talk, the injury isn't believed to be serious. Woodley injured his ankle in the first quarter and came back into the game briefly before being ruled out. He is just latest in a long line of Steelers' starters who are battling injuries. In addition to missing Woodley for a big portion on Sunday's game, Pittsburgh also played without quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, wide receiver Antonio Brown and safety Troy Polamalu.

Woodley wasn't the only Steeler to leave Sunday's game with an ankle injury. Starting right tackle Mike Adams also injured his ankle, although Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports it doesn't appear Adams broke his ankle. Instead, he will undergo a MRI to determine the extent of the injury.

The Steelers will need to get healthy quickly as they face the rival Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
