West Virginia tries to fix their offense against a struggling TCU defense.

Losers of two in a row after a 5-0 start, the West Virginia Mountaineers try to put their offense back on a winning track as they face the 5-3 TCU Horned Frogs for a Saturday afternoon match-up at Mountaineer Field.

The Mountaineers raced out to a 5-0 start, putting up more points than anybody east of Eugene, Oregon. However, the explosive offense hasn't been seen in the last two games, as the Mountaineers put up 14 points each in blowout losses to Texas Tech and Kansas State. Against a TCU defense that has given up no shortage of points this season, Geno Smith should have every opportunity to regain his early-season form.

TCU has faced its own bit of turmoil this season, losing three of four since starting quarterback Casey Pachall left school after being cited for DUI. TCU is fortunate that West Virginia's defense has been a sieve this season, allowing at least 31 points in every game. However, the TCU defense has been a big disappointment itself, allowing 36 or more points in three of its last four games.

Date and Time: November 3, 3:00 p.m.

Location: Mountaineer Field, Morgantown, West Virginia

TV: FOX

Odds: West Virginia -3 1/2
