Hines Ward will hold a press conference at the Steelers training facility on Tuesday where he is expected to announce his retirement.

Hines Ward has scheduled a press conference at the Steelers training facility for Noon on Tuesday, and the media is speculating that he will announce his retirement.

Since Ward was released by the team, there are very few reasons that he would be making an announcement at their facility unless it had to do with the end of his career. Ward has taken some time off after being released, and it seems likely that he made a decision during that time.

Ward was released earlier this Month after 14 seasons and 1,000 career receptions with the Steelers. Ward is the All-Time leading receiver in Steelers franchise history and was the MVP of the 2006 Super Bowl.
