2012 NFL Mock Draft: Another Seven-Round Mock Has Steelers Taking Dont'a Hightower, Amini Silatolu

Four players the Steelers take in Behind The Steel Curtain's final 2012 NFL mock draft are identical to those in Chad Reuter's seven-round mock from earlier this week. That's not an indication that the Steelers' actions this weekend will be that predictable, so much as it's that it's clear what their needs are. Here are the Steelers picks in the BTSC mock:

1. Dont'a Hightower, Alabama, LB
2. Amini Silatolu, Midwestern State, G
3. Josh Chapman. Alabama, NT
4. Andrew Datko, Florida State, OT
5. Jeff Fuller, Texas A&M, WR
6. Winston Guy Jr., Kentucky, S
7. Marquis Maze, Alabama, WR
7. Chris Greenwood, Albion, CB
7. Bryce Brown, Kansas State, RB
7. Randy Bullock, Texas A&M, K

The Steelers take Hightower, Silatolu, Chapman and Fuller in Reuter's mock. These picks make sense, although it wouldn't shock me if the Steelers took a running back a bit earlier.

We'll finally see Thursday night whether the Steelers end up taking Hightower with their first-round pick.
