NHL Playoffs Schedule And Bracket 2012: Penguins Vs. Flyers Begins April 11

The Pittsburgh Penguins closed out the season at 51-25-6, good enough for the number four seed in the 2012 Eastern Conference Playoffs. The NHL has released the first round schedule, and the Penguins will face their intrastate rival Philadelphia Flyers. This is a heated match up for both fans and players; with the last game between the two teams ending in a brawl.

The first round kicks off Wednesday, April 11 at 7:30 p.m. The full schedule is:

Wednesday, April 11 at Pittsburgh, 7:30 p.m. - NBC Sports Network, TSN

Friday, April 13 at Pittsburgh, 7:30 p.m. - NBC Sports Network, TSN

Sunday, April 15 at Philadelphia, 3:00 p.m. - NBC, TSN

Wednesday, April 18 at Philadelphia, 7:30 p.m. - NBC Sports Network, TSN

Then, If necessary:

Friday, April 20 at Pittsburgh, 7:30 p.m. - NBC Sports Network, TSN

Sunday April 22 at Philadelphia, Time TBD, Network TBD

Tuesday April 24 at Pittsburgh, Time TBD, Network TBD
