2013 NFL Mock Draft: Todd McShay Has Steelers Going Tight End

Stay connected for news and updates

With the 2012 NFL Draft done and over with, the 2013 NFL Mock Drafts are now starting to come out. The Pittsburgh Steelers addressed their offensive line in the 2012 Draft, but in the 2013 NFL Draft ESPN's Todd McShay has the Steelers adding another tight end.

30. Pittsburgh Steelers

Pick: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame

Hensley's comment: The Steelers need to start thinking of the future with Heath Miller turning 31 next season. Eifert caught 63 passes last season for 803 yards and five touchdowns.

ESPN's AFC North blogger Jamison Hensley notes that it could be time for the Steelers to think about replacing tight end Heath Miller, or at least getting prepared to do so. Some experts thought this was an area the Steelers might have addressed in the 2012 Draft.
