The Pittsburgh Marathon wrapped up on Sunday and James Kirwa of Kenya and Morocco's Malika Mejdoub won the men's and women's events, respectively. Kirwa finished with a time of 2:14:09 on the men's side and Mejdoub completed the race in 2:39:30 in the women's race.
