Week 10 College Football Rankings: Penn State No. 15, West Virginia No. 21 In Coaches Poll

Penn State leaps to No. 15 after yet another Big Ten win.

The Week 10 college football rankings are beginning to trickle in. LSU and Alabama remain at the top of the USA Today Coaches Poll, followed by Stanford, Oklahoma State and Boise State. Penn State is all the way up to No. 15 after rallying to beat Illinois in a snow-filled contest on Saturday, and West Virginia is at No. 21 after bouncing back from a loss against Syracuse to beat Rutgers. 

The Big Ten is also represented by Nebraska (No. 9), Michigan (No. 13), Michigan State (No. 16) and Wisconsin (No. 17). For the Big East, West Virginia is joined by Cincinnati (No. 22).
