Bill O'Brien hasn't even had enough time to hear the boos and jeers go down in State College, but he is already starting to fill out his staff. According to Adam Schefter, O'Brien will bring on Charles London to be the new running backs coach.
Titans offfensive quality control coach Charles London is expected to join Bill O'Brien and go to Penn St as the running backs coach.

London was previously the quality control coach with the Tennessee Titans, but has experience as a running backs coach at Duke University, where he graduated and played running back in 1995.
I'm not sure what it means for the rest of the existing Penn State staff that O'Brien is already bringing in some of his own people, but it can't be good.
