Penn State Coaching Search: Bill O'Brien Lands At At University Park, According To Reports (PHOTO)

Numerous media outlets are now reporting that New England Patriots offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien has disembarked from a plane that just landed at University Park Airport in State College. A Penn State plane flying from Massachusetts was scheduled to arrive just before 7:00 p.m. Eastern on Friday evening. The Harrisburg Patriot-News' Sara Ganim and Fight On State's Mark Brennan both tweeted that O'Brien has landed. Ganim offered the following grainy photo of O'Brien and his family.

Bob Flounders of the Harrisburg Patriot-News just tweeted the following.

"Pretty sure that was bill o'brien I just saw get off psu jet at state college airport minutes ago ...whisked away ...in all seriousness."

Numerous reports in the last 24 hours have said that O'Brien is expected to be named Joe Paterno's replacement as Penn State's head football coach as early as Saturday.
