Aaron Fisher revealed himself as Victim 1 in the Jerry Sandusky child sexual abuse case Thursday, as he also released a book on the struggles of bringing the case to light.

Aaron Fisher acknowledged to the public that he was Victim 1 in the Jerry Sandusky child sexual abuse case on Thursday, as he also announced the release of his book that goes over the struggles in having his allegations against Sandusky taken seriously.

In a report from Good Morning America, Fisher's interview on "20/20" detailed the problems he had in getting officials at his high school to take his allegations against Sandusky seriously, saying, "Here I am, beside my mom, crying, telling them and they don't believe me. I knew they wouldn't."

Fisher's book, "Silent No More: Victim 1's Fight for Justice Against Jerry Sandusky," details Sandusky's first meeting with the then 11-year-old and, as Fisher entered high school and tried to distance himself from the former Penn State football defensive coordinator, Sandusky's increasingly aggressive stalking.

"He once followed my bus home from school," Fisher said in the report. "I took off running but he drove on the opposite side of the street, onto oncoming traffic to catch up with me. I ran up an alley and he went to my house and parked out front."

Sandusky was convicted on 45 counts of child sexual abuse in June, and was sentenced to 30 to 60 years in prison.
