Penn State Punishment Reactions: Twitterites Describe NCAA Sanctions Using 'Rape' As Metaphor

Stay connected for news and updates

The web site Twitchy collects reactions from throughout Twitter on the NCAA's punishment of Penn State for its role in the Jerry Sandusky child sexual abuse scandal. As with anything on Twitter, where millions of people who have nothing to lose from behaving like idiots can say anything they want, some of the reactions are pretty amazing.

NCAA just molested penn state worse than Sandusky did those kids

Penn State just got molested by the NCAA... #damn #sanctions

So this all started with Sandusky molesting little boys, it ends with the #NCAA f***ing Penn State hard up the a**...this is ok, how?

Sandusky molested little boys, so the NCAA raped Penn State back. #unfortunate

VACATING:: Raping the players ONCE AGAIN! #NCAA #PennState

Damn. The NCAA just raped the entire Penn State football team and those who had no direct involvement in this case..that's crazy!

NCAA stoops to Sandusky's level by raping our school and football program

Sandusky molested kids at Penn State now the NCAA is about to Molest Penn State with fines and penalties #irony

Yeah man, totally yeah. #Irony #WTF #RapeMetaphor #LOLOLOLOL #Bieber, amirite? Not that it's any real surprise, but it's never fun to see humanity operating at such a low level of moral intelligence. Anyone who would use "rape" as a metaphor to describe an institution's punishment for covering up actual molestations is a small person indeed.
