According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Dave Wannstedt will reportedly have the option to coach Pitt in the BBVA Compass Bowl Game in January.
Pederson said Wannstedt will have the option to coach the Panthers in the BBVA Compass Bowl on Jan. 8 but no decision has been made yet.
Unlike Wannstedt’s ‘decision’ to resign, I actually believe Pederson when he says he’ll have the opportunity to coach in the game. And if that’s the case, I fully expect him to.
