Pitt will have to top South Florida during the season's final weekend to become bowl eligible.

Though the Big East's BCS representative will be decided on Thursday night, the Pitt Panthers still have plenty to play for on the season's final weekend, as the Panthers can become bowl eligible with a six win over the South Florida Bulls on Saturday.

The Panthers topped the No. 18 Rutgers Scarlet Knights last Saturday to set themselves up with the opportunity to become bowl eligible this weekend, and will face a Bulls team that has one conference victory on the year, an early November victory over the Connecticut Huskies.

While the Scarlet Knights and the Louisville Cardinals will get the college football weekend started early, there are plenty of other games around the country to keep an eye on, including the West Virginia Mountaineers' search for a seventh win:

Louisville Cardinals vs. Rutgers Scarlet Knights, Nov. 29, 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN

Oklahoma State Cowboys vs. Baylor Bears, Dec. 1, 12 p.m. ET on FX
