Pittsburgh vs. Georgetown Halftime Score: Hoyas Close Half On 12-0 Run To Take Halftime Lead, 31-23

The Pittsburgh Panthers' season could be coming to a close as they currently trail the Georgetown Hoyas 31-23 at halftime in the second round of the Big East tournament. Guard Ashton Gibbs leads the scoring for the Panthers with nine points, but the Panthers are shooting just 27.8 percent from the field.

For the Hoyas, center Henry Sims has 11 points and eight rebounds in the first half, and the Hoyas are shooting 47.6 percent from the field. Forwards Otto Porter and Greg Whittington scored six points each in the half to help the Hoyas. The winner of this game would face Cincinnati in the quarterfinals on Thursday afternoon.
