After beating the Cardinals to move to 5-2 on the season, the Steelers moved to No. 5 in SBNation.com's latest NFL Power Rankings.
The Steelers have had some shaky performances this year, but now we're almost halfway through the season, and in SB Nation's new NFL Power Rankings, Pittsburgh is back in its customary position - near the top.
Pittsburgh Steelers (5-2, LW: 8): Same old formula: decent offense with an elite defense but guys like Mike Wallace bring that offense up a notch. Seems like Pittsburgh's been quietly winning this year after getting blown out in Week 1.
The Steelers are at No. 5, behind the Packers, Saints, Patriots and 49ers. If the Steelers can knock off the Patriots in their matchup this week, they'll probably move up to No. 3. The Baltimore Ravens are at No. 6 after losing to the Jaguars Monday night.
Elsewhere in the AFC North, the 4-2 Bengals are at No. 12, and the 3-3 Cleveland Browns are at No. 23.
