Two of the St. Louis Rams' three quarterbacks missed practice on Thursday, says Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, likely meaning third-stringer Kellen Clemens will start Saturday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Sam Bradford, the No. 1 pick in the 2010 NFL Draft, will be listed as doubtful, coach Steve Spagnulo said, Thomas reports. The team has already ruled second-stringer A.J. Feeley out.
In addition, cornerback Justin King also sat out Thursday's practice and will not play Saturday due to a shoulder injury.
The injury news isn't all negative on the St. Louis front, as cornerback Josh Gordy returned to practice Thursday and is "expected to play" Saturday, according to Thomas. The two-year veteran has 36 tackles (28 solo) and two interceptions in 2011.
