For those of you with playoff spots on the line who figured Antonio Brown might be a smart play this week, kudos for your moxy. Brown rewarded his fantasy owners with arguably the best game of his professional career on Thursday against the Browns with five catches for 151 yards, highlighted by a 79-yard touchdown.
No matter what league you play in, Brown was good for more than 20 points in pretty much every scoring format. Considering Brown was probably not your first choice at wide receiver in your lineup, that's a pretty good haul.
The biggest story in relation to Brown from this game is that Brown led the team by far in targets with eight. It would be easy to see the long touchdown and figure that Brown's performance was kind of fluky but those eight targets, more than a third of the total pass attempts by Ben Roethlisberger and Charlie Batch, show that he should continue to be a productive fantasy player.
