The game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns is still scoreless about halfway through the second quarter, as the Steelers’ latest drive was stopped by a key sack by former Pitt Panther Jabaal Sheard. Shaun Suisham then came on to kick a long field goal, but the wind in Ohio is brutal right now, and he missed.
Rashard Mendenhall left the game with a knee injury, and it’s not yet clear whether he’ll return.
The Steelers have out-gained the Browns so far, 82 total yards to 50.
Meanwhile, the Bengals hit a field goal to cut the Baltimore Ravens’ lead to 10-3. If the Bengals and Steelers can pull out wins, the Steelers will get the second AFC playoff seed and a first-round bye. If not, the Ravens will get that seed, and the Steelers will get the No. 5 seed.
