Read More: James Farrior (LB - PIT), Brandon Lindsey (LB - Pittsburgh), Aaron Henry (DB - Wisconsin), Kelechi Osemele (OL - Iowa St.), Lawrence Timmons (LB - PIT), Devon Still (DT - Penn St.), Lucas Nix (OL - Pittsburgh), Senio Kelemete (OT - Washington), Bruce Irvin (DE - West Virginia), Pittsburgh Steelers, Boise St. Broncos, Western Michigan Broncos
Behind The Steel Curtain's new mock draft has Penn State's Devon Still going to the Denver Broncos at No. 21, Pitt's Brandon Lindsey and Lucas Nix and West Virginia's Bruce Irvin going in the third round, and the Steelers taking North Carolina linebacker Zach Brown in Round 1.
But with the talent available the player who makes the most sense is North Carolina linebacker Zach Brown. Many tab Brown as a 4-3 player only but I look at him as the next Lawrence Timmons. He's extremely athletic and can cover running backs, tight ends, and even slot receivers across the middle. James Farrior has clearly lost a step and at 36 years old may be playing his last season.
BTSC has Iowa State guard Kelechi Osemele falling to the Steelers in Round 2, which would be pretty sweet if it happened. A number of mock drafts have the Steelers taking Osemele in Round 1, and the Steelers badly need help at guard. They then take another guard, Washington's Senio Kelemete, in the third, before taking Wisconsin safety Aaron Henry in the fourth round.
