The Pittsburgh Steelers wound up with the fifth seed in the AFC playoff picture and they'll travel to Denver to take on the Broncos.
With the Baltimore Ravens' victory over the Bengals in Week 17, the Pittsburgh Steelers were relegated to the fifth seed in the 2012 NFL playoffs as a Wild Card team. Since the Steelers are not a division winner, they'll have to travel to face the Denver Broncos in Denver despite the fact that the Broncos finished just 8-8.
The last time the Steelers played in Denver was the 2009 NFL season, when the Steelers beat the then Kyle Orton led Broncos 28-10 thanks to two fourth quarter touchdowns and three interceptions by the Steelers defense. This go-around, however, they'll be facing Tim Tebow and a completely different-looking Denver offense.
The Denver Broncos will host Pittsburgh on Sunday, Jan. 8, at 4:30 PM ET. CBS will have the coverage nationally.
