2012 NFL Mock Draft: Steelers Predicted To Select Dontari Poe

In SB Nation's latest 2012 NFL Mock Draft, released by Ryan Van Bibber, the Pittsburgh Steelers are expected to select Memphis defensive tackle Dontari Poe. Van Bibber describes the selection this way.

In case you didn't notice, the Steelers lost to the upstart Denver Broncos in the playoffs. They have needs along the offensive line, but they also need an injection of youth into their vaunted defense. Poe can replace the aging Casey Hampton.

Poe was a 6-foot-5, 350-pound monster in the middle of the Tigers defense in 2011. The Memphis native racked up 33 tackles and registered eight sacks. He could certainly help beef us the Steelers' front.

Meanwhile, the mock expects Penn State's Devon Still to go No. 11 overall to the Seattle Seahawks.
