SB Nation released its Week 3 NFL Power Rankings and the Steelers are, again, ranked ninth.

SB Nation's Week 3 NFL Power Rankings were released Tuesday, and despite earning a decisive 27-10 victory over the New York Jets on Sunday the Pittsburgh Steelers were, again, ranked the ninth-best team by NFL Editor Joel Thorman. The Steelers (1-1) remain seven spots from the top spot, which this week was taken over by the San Francisco 49ers. The Houston Texans, Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles all rounded out the top 5.

Here's what Thorman had to say about Pittsburgh:

8. Pittsburgh Steelers (LW: 8, 1-1): This is a playoff team. The question is whether it will win its own division.

SB Nation's placement of the Steelers is the exact same as FOX Sports' Brian Billick, NFL.com's and ESPN.com's Power Rankings, which all have Pittsburgh ranked ninth. The Steelers highest ranking came from Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio, who slotted them at No. 7.

Pittsburgh's Week 4 opponent, the Oakland Raiders, were ranked 31st by SB Nation.
