After their fourth straight loss Saturday, the Mountaineers were nowhere to be found in the latest SB Nation BlogPoll released Tuesday.
After suffering their fourth straight loss Saturday, the West Virginia Mountaineers did not even earn a vote in latest SB Nation BlogPoll released Tuesday. The Mountaineers (5-4) fell to the Oklahoma St. Cowboys, 55-34, this week suffering their fourth consecutive Big 12 Conference loss.
West Virginia's poor play is being punished by the voters which didn't place the Mountaineers on a single ballot for the first time all season.
The top of the poll is similar to other national rankings, as the Oregon Ducks are No. 1 followed by Kansas State, Notre Dame, Alabama and Georgia, respectively.
The rest of the top 10 features: Florida (No. 6), Florida State (No. 7), LSU (No. 8), Ohio State (No. 9) and Texas A&M (No. 10).
The Aggies, who upset last week's top-ranked team Alabama, made the biggest leap out of any school jumping five spots. Meanwhile, Louisville dropped a week-high 10 spots after Saturday's 45-26 loss to the Syracuse Orange.
