Florida Vs. Louisville Score: Louisville Advances To Final Four After Comeback

Louisville will represent the Big East in the Final Four after coming back to beat Florida in the NCAA Tournament Saturday.

The Cardinals were down 63-52 with nine minutes left to play, but Louisville outscored the Gators 20-5 after that and ended up winning, 72-68. Chane Benahan’s jumper with 1:12 remaining put Louisville ahead for good. Benahan also made seven straight points for the Cardinals at the beginning of their comeback.

Benahan finished the game with 17 points and seven rebounds. Russ Smith
had 19 points and five boards.

Erik Murphy had 14 points and eight rebounds in defeat for Florida, while Bradley Beal had 14 points and seven rebounds.

Louisville will await the winner of North Carolina vs. Kansas to determine who their Final Four opponent will be. That game takes place Sunday at 5:05 p.m. Syracuse and Ohio State play Saturday at 7:05, while Kentucky and Baylor play Sunday at 2:20.
