Here's a look at NFL power rankings from around the country. The Steelers shouldn't move much this week - sure, they won, but they played horribly and the lowly Bills could easily have come out on top. There could, however, be a serious shakeup this week: there are two matchups between top-five teams, as the Steelers play the Ravens and the Patriots play the Jets. The Falcons, who generally rank No. 1 in these, play the Tampa Bay Bucs on the road.
I don't want to say the Steelers are lucky but WR Steve Johnson catches that ball nine out of ten times. Either way, Pittsburgh will take it. This Sunday they travel to Baltimore in what could be one of the top games of the year.
Sometimes the best defense is an opponent (Steve Johnson) who can't catch.
Better to be lucky than good? Well, the Steelers got as lucky as possible against the host Bills. And if WR Steve Johnson doesn't drop that sure touchdown pass, they would have lost. It sure looked like they would blow them out after the first quarter, but Buffalo did a great job of taking WR Mike Wallace out of the game.
They made it interesting at Buffalo. Do that in Baltimore and they will get beat. If they lose Sunday, it's likely a trip down the wild-card road.
