Penn State basketball coach Ed DeChellis was not pleased with his team's play on offense in Sunday's exhibition win over East Stroudsburg at the Bryce Jordan Center.
↵↵↵"It was just like gear down, slow down," DeChellis said. "We didn’t run any of our offense. We were just running around."

↵"We were not very smooth," DeChellis said. "I tried to play everybody the first half. I think we did. I think that was part of it, but we just didn’t make any shots."

Not only was Penn State stagnant at times, but the Nittany Lions were sloppy, too. State committed 16 turnovers against the Warriors, and hit only 11/19 free throws. Both deficiencies plagued Penn State at points last season, and it's certainly not a good sign that they're still troubling the team only days before the season opener.
