It's not a huge deal, but it's probably worth noting here that the Bucs promoted reliever Dan Moskos and outfielder Alex Presley from Class AA Altoona to Class AAA Indianapolis. Beyond the human-interest angle of his being a complete waste of the fourth overall draft pick in 2007, Moskos was never a very interesting prospect before 2010, but he's put it together this year, posting excellent numbers across the board, and he's a decent bet to make it to Pittsburgh by September. Presley was never much of a prospect before 2010 either, but he has put up huge numbers in Altoona. He's a small guy - most teams in the low minors have a couple of small guys who can hit young pitchers, but few of them end up hitting much in the majors. And a lot of Presley's spike in performance has been due to a .350 batting average, and batting averages fluctuate a lot from month to month. So Presley might not be a great bet to continue to hit so well.
