Former Pitt center DeJuan Blair will help lead the way as the San Antonio Spurs battle the Cleveland Cavaliers in an NBA preseason game in Pittsburgh this Fall.
↵This will be the sixth time in the past seven years the NBA has come to Pittsburgh, with nearby Cleveland matching up with an opponent each time. Pitt’s home court, the Petersen Events Center, will host the event. With the new CONSOL Energy Center arena downtown, this may be the final time the game is hosted at the Pete.
↵The game will apparently take place in mid-October, with an official date and time to be announced next month.
