Penn State has been dealing with nagging injuries in the secondary a lot already during camp. First there was cornerback Stephon Morris, who dealt with an injured neck at the very beginning of camp. Then there was corner D'Anton Lynn, working through a lower leg injury.
↵Throw safety Drew Astorino on the pile, as the Patriot-News is reporting the senior missed practice on Thursday with a shoulder injury, though the severity remains unclear at this time.
↵Whether that means more playing time for Andrew Dailey in Astorino's stead remains to be seen, but should Astorino, who recorded 62 tackles and an interception in 2009, miss significant time, Dailey should be Joe Paterno's man.
