Little Changes For Local Schools In Latest College Football Polls

The newest NCAA football polls were released and there was little movement for Pitt, Penn State, and West Virginia.

↵

Pitt, on a bye week, remained out of both polls. The Panthers slipped two spots to No. 28 in the AP poll and moved up one to No. 29 in the USA Today poll.

↵

Both Penn State and West Virginia held steady at No. 20 and No. 21 respectively in the USA Today poll.

↵

Despite beating Maryland, West Virginia dropped one spot in the AP poll to No. 22. Penn State also fell one spot in the AP poll to No. 23 despite winning comfortably against Kent State.

↵

Both Pitt and West Virginia will take on ranked opponents this week. Pitt faces Miami on Thursday night while West Virginia squares off against LSU.
