As the fantasy season winds down, the Pittsburgh Steelers travel to San Francisco with an injured quarterback and a playoff spot already reserved. Will that affect who they play against the 49ers? It's unlikely, as they continue to jockey for seeding position and keep pace with the Baltimore Ravens. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, however, is still questionable to play as he nurses a high ankle sprain sustained more than ten days ago against the Browns.
While the 49ers have far and away the best rushing defense in the league statistically, they are in the bottom half when it comes to passing defense. The health of Roethlisberger is a huge question mark for Mike Wallace fantasy owners. Currently, the fantasy experts at numberFire.com project Wallace to have 8.82 fantasy points against the Niners. That projection puts him just outside the top ten receivers for Week 15, but if Big Ben is unable to go, that projection could change drastically.
