Duquesne's season is now over after the Dukes fell to Oregon in the College Basketball Invitational on Monday in Eugene, 77-75. Bill Clark scored 19 in the loss for Duquesne, and Damian Saunders had 11 points and 10 rebounds. Sean Johnson had 13 points off the bench. Garrett Sim led the Ducks in scoring with 20 points. The Dukes end their season with a 19-13 record after struggling against Atlantic 10 competition down the stretch.
↵In other CBI results, UCF defeated Duquesne's fellow Atlantic 10 team Rhode Island, 66-54. Boise State defeated Evansville, 75-69. And Creighton beat Davidson, 102-92. All four road teams had to travel very long distances, and all four road teams lost.
↵The bracket is set for the semifinals of the CBI, which will take place tomorrow, March 23. Creighton will face Oregon and Boise State will play UCF. After that, there will be a championship series to determine which of the four teams will come out on top.
