This week is not particularly busy for the teams that we cover at SB Nation Pittsburgh, as each team plays only one game during the week.
The West Virginia Mountaineers only have one game during the week against on the road against St. John's. On paper that isn't the most difficult matchup, but it will be difficult to not look ahead to their matchup against the currently (but not much longer) No. 1-ranked Syracuse Orange on Saturday. Both of those games can be found on ESPNU.
Following a tough weekend for the University, Penn State will only be playing one game this week when they travel to play the highly-ranked Ohio State on Wednesday. That game starts at 6:30 pm.
The Panthers have fallen off a cliff, but they might be able to grab a branch and catch themselves this week when they face a beatable Providence squad on Wednesday at home. That game starts at 7:00 and can be seen on ESPN3. They will have a much more difficult test this weekend when they host the Georgetown Hoyas.
We'll have more on all these games throughout the week, so keep it locked to SB Nation Pittsburgh. For more on the Panthers check out Cardiac Hill, our Pittsburgh blog. You can head over to Black Shoe Diaries for more on the Nittany Lions of Penn State. And be sure to check out The Smoking Musket for more on West Virginia basketball.
