Polamalu has played in just two games this season. He re-aggravated his calf injury during last week's game against Philadelphia. LaMarr Woodley strained his hamstring in last weekend's game against the Eagles and will also sit out.
The Titans will be without second-year quarterback Jake Locker, who dislocated his left shoulder Sept. 30 in a loss at Houston. It was his second dislocated shoulder of the season.
Locker is one of seven Titans who will miss tonight's game.

Veteran Matt Hasselbeck will make his second start in a row for Tennessee. In three games this year, Hasselbeck has thrown three touchdowns and three interceptions, while completing 62 percent of his passes. The Titans are 0-3 with Hasselbeck behind center.
