Steelers vs. Eagles score: Philadelphia closes deficit to 10-7 after three quarters

The Philadelphia Eagles were finally able to score on the Pittsburgh Steelers defense, however they still trail the Steelers 10-7 after three quarters.

Midway through the third quarter, the Eagles went 80 yards in eight plays in a drive that ended with LeSean McCoy finding the endzone on a 15-yard pass from Michael Vick.

The Steelers were not able to keep their hot ways alive after scoring 10 points in the second quarter, but their ground-focused attack started showing signs of progress late in the quarter with Rashard Mendenhall leading the team into the red zone. The balance for the Steelers is evident by the team's output of 157 passing yards and 112 yards rushing.

Mendenhall leads the team with 65 yards on 10 carries. Ben Roethlisberger is 17-of-31 throwing for 157 yards. Antonio Brown has been Big Ben's favorite target this afternoon, as he leads the team with 6 receptions for 66 yards.
