NCAA Football Rankings, Week 12: Oregon new No. 1 in Coaches Top 25 Poll

The Oregon Ducks are the new No. 1 team in the Coaches Poll after Alabama faltered against Texas A&M on Saturday. The Ducks are one of three remaining unbeaten teams along with No. 2 Kansas State and No. 3 Notre Dame.

The Oregon Ducks lead the Week 12 college football Coaches' Poll which was released on Sunday. Alabama fell from No. 1 to No. 5 following a 29-24 loss to Texas A&M on Saturday. After the Alabama loss, Oregon claimed 44 of the first-place votes while No. 2 Kansas State got 14 first-place votes and No. 3 Notre Dame received one first-place vote.

No Pittsburgh area teams were in the Coaches Poll Top 25 this week or received any votes in the poll.
