The Pittsburgh Steelers will head to the Lone Star State relatively healthy for their important match-up with the Dallas Cowboys. With the Cincinnati Bengals win over the Philadelphia Eagles last night, the Steelers now find themselves half a game out of the final AFC Wild Card spot. A win would put them back in front with just two games to go on the season.
The game is also important for the Cowboys who are a game behind the Chicago Bears and Seattle Seahawks for both NFC Wild Card spots.
After Friday's practice, three players have been ruled out of Sunday's game with the rest of those who found themselves on the injury report this week all listed as probable for Sunday. Cornerback Ike Taylor (ankle), offensive lineman Willie Colon (knee) and offensive tackle Mike Adams (ankle) have all been ruled out of the game. Linebacker James Harrison missed two days of practice with an illness but is probable to play against the Cowboys. Lone snapper Greg Warren and linebacker Stevenson Sylvester were both out of practice Friday with an illness but are probable to pay against Dallas.
