West Virginia Football Recruiting: Dana Holgorsen Makes Late Push On National Signing Day

The West Virginia Mountaineers currently have 20 recruits committed, but Dana Holgorsen is looking to add more with National Signing Day upon us.

The West Virginia Mountaineers enter signing day with 20 verbal commitments, and head coach Dana Holgorsen is looking to add more on Wednesday. Holgorsen currently has four wide receivers committed, all of which are at least three-star recruits. The Mountaineers currently hold a verbal from four-star wide receiver Deontay McManus, and are looking to add another four-star wide receiver on Signing Day.

Wide receiver Joel Caleb from Midlothian, Virginia, is interested in joining the high-powered Holgorsen offense. Caleb was long thought to be leaning toward Virginia Tech, but visited Morgantown earlier this month. The wideout from Clover High School is scheduled to make his announcement at 8:30 AM on Wednesday. In addition to Caleb, other potential late additions could include linebackers Deaysean Rippy and Schyler Miles.
