DePaul Vs. West Virginia Score Update: Mountaineers Shoot Well To Take Control Over Last-Place DePaul

The West Virginia Mountaineers have jumped out to a comfortable 16-point lead over last place DePaul after 20 minutes at WVU Coliseum. The Mountaineers had one of their best offensive halves of the season, shooting a scorching 50 percent from the floor and hitting four of six attempts from behind the arc to finish with 47 points.

Truck Bryant led WVU with 15 points, hitting two of four threes and getting into the lane to get to the foul line seven times. Kevin Jones is well on his way to yet another double-double, grabbing seven boards in addition to his 13 points. Led by Jones, West Virginia has dominated Oliver Purnell's club on the glass - holding a 14-rebound advantage over the Blue Demons in just 20 minutes of play. The Mountaineers must win tonight to keep their bubble hopes alive and create an opportunity to firmly play their way in next week in New York. And they're playing with that sense of urgency so far against a last-place team that has played almost every conference foe close this season.
