2012 Women's NCAA Tournament, Penn State Vs. UConn: Huskies Hold 43-29 Lead At The Half

The No. 1 seed UConn Huskies are having no problem with the No. 4 seed Penn State Lady Lions, as the Huskies have a 43-29 lead at halftime. The Huskies pulled out to an early 20-8 lead and haven't looked back.

Penn State is struggling to create offense, as they are shooting just 31.3 percent from the floor to UConn's 51.4 percent.

Bria Hartley has been a standout for the Huskies in the first half, as she has scored 11 points while shooting 4-of-7 from the field. Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis has also been productive, scoring 10 points and pulling down four rebounds.

For Penn State, Alex Bentley and Mia Nickson each have nine points, however it has not ben enough to keep pace with the Huskies.
