Masters Leaderboard Update: Peter Hanson In The Lead, Phil Mickelson Making A Move

As the 2012 Masters continues on Day 3 of the tournament, there is a new leader in the clubhouse in Peter Hanson. Hanson rebounded from shooting a 74 in the second round of the Masters on Friday to shoot a 65 on Saturday, with a 7-under and giving himself a 9-under so far overall.

Phil Mickelson is hot on his trail however, as Mickelson also made a great run on Saturday shooting 6-under on the day, giving him 8-under on the tournament so far which has him tied for second place. Mickelson is following up his great second round after struggling on the first day of the Masters.

Louis Oosthuizen is right there with Mickelson with a 7-under so far in the tournament, shooting a 3-under on Saturday. Oosthuizen is rebounding from shooting a 72 on Friday. Bubba Watson rounds out the top three on the leaderboard shooting a 2-under on the day, bringing his combined tournament total to 6-under.
