Pirates Vs. Tigers Final Score: Pittsburgh Defeats Detroit, 4-3

After being blanked 6-0 on Friday night, the Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the Detroit Tigers on Saturday afternoon by a final score of 4-3.

The Pirates A.J. Burnett gets the win and brings his record to 2-2 on the season. He pitched six complete innings while giving up seven hits, two earned runs and struck out two Detroit batters while walking three. Andrew McCutchen led Pittsburgh's offense with a two-run homer in the first and fifth innings which accounted for all of the Pirates runs.

The series between these two teams wraps up on Sunday afternoon.
