Reds Vs. Pirates Lineups: Pirates Look To A.J. Burnett

The Pittsburgh Pirates see their playoff hopes getting dimmer and dimmer as they suffer through a five-game losing streak and will look to A.J. Burnett (15-6, 3.68 ERA) to right the ship. Burnett is 0-2 with no decisions in his last four starts, but has been his best against the Reds this season, posting a 3-0 record with a 2.18 ERA. The Pirates need him to get back to his winning ways on Wednesday if they hope to keep up in the wild card race. Burnett and the Pirates are trying to avoid a sweep at the hands of the Cincinnati Reds who will send Homer Bailey (10-9, 4.03) to the mound.
