Week 1 NFL Scores: Patriots, Jets, Falcons, Redskins Come Out On Top In Early Games

The Steelers don't play the Broncos until 8:20 Sunday night, but here's a roundup of scores from the NFL Week 1 1:00 games on Sunday.

The Lions beat the Rams 27-23, with Matthew Stafford completing a touchdown pass to Kevin Smith with 10 seconds left. Stafford passed for 355 yards with one touchdown and three interceptions.

The Patriots beat up on the Titans, 34-13, as Stevan Ridley rushed for 125 yards and a touchdown.

The Texans beat the Dolphins 30-10 as Andre Johnson caught eight passes for 119 yards and a score.

The Jets beat the Bills in a high-scoring affair, 48-28, as Mark Sanchez passed for 266 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. The Jets defense picked off Ryan Fitzpatrick three times.

The Vikings edged the Jaguars 26-23 as Blair Walsh kicked a 38-yard field goal in overtime. Christian Ponder went 20-of-27 with 270 yards passing.

The Falcons beat the Chiefs, 40-24, as Julio Jones caught six passes for 108 yards and two touchdowns. Matt Ryan passed for 299 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions.

The Bears knocked off the Colts, 41-21, as Andrew Luck threw for 309 yards but had three interceptions in his NFL debut. Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery combined for 199 yards receiving, with one touchdown apiece.

The Eagles snuck out of Cleveland with a 17-16 win over the Browns, as Michael Vick completed a touchdown pass to Clay Harbor with 1:23 left to play. The game featured eight interceptions, four from Vick and four from Browns rookie quarterback Brandon Weeden.

The Redskins beat the Saints 40-32, as Robert Griffin III had a nice NFL debut, throwing for 320 yards and two touchdowns in 26 attempts.
